These modern touches are actually where the biggest issues are present. Boss battles are also present as well as an in-game currency system that is used to upgrade your ship. You have to make it through all the different planets in order to beat the game. Modern touches are present however that make for some new objectives. As you might expect from that the goal is to shoot down enemies before they make it down to the bottom of the screen and get a high-score.
